• Surplus and used firearms listed on this website are not new and must be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. Please read and follow all warnings and instructions provided with any firearm offered for sale herein.
• Our everyday prices reflect a 3% cash savings.
Ordering Requirements
You must be at least 18 to order any product from us and in some cases, 21. Some items listed on this website may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item on this website. By placing an order, you agree that you are of legal age, that you have read our terms & conditions, and that you take full responsibility for obeying all federal, state and local laws, restrictions, and regulations!
Order Processing Policy
Most orders ship within 48-72 business hours. All orders are charged at the time the order is placed. Orders shipped via regular ground shipping can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive. Please allow 7-10 business days before contacting customer service for a lost or missing package. In the event of a backorder, a customer may request a refund until the item is shipped.
Return Policy
• Items purchased from Coastal Gun Works may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Used items cannot be returned.
• Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back. Returns without a valid RMA number will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, no exceptions. To obtain a RMA number, please call 1-757-496-6694. Coastal Gun Works will gladly reimburse shipping on defective items. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (defective items not subject to restocking fee). Special orders or special large quantity orders are non-returnable.
• All firearms & receivers in new condition (excluding AK Type Rifles) have a 1 year repair/replacement period from the day the product was shipped to the FFL dealer. Repair or replacements are determined at Coastal Gun Works discretion. No refunds or credits will be provided on new firearms.
• All Semi-Automatics (ie. L1A1's, SAR's, Dragunov's, WASR-10's) have a 90 day repair/replacement period from the day the product was sold and have 30 days for refund. If the merchandise is returned to our warehouse in “as advertised” condition, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges.
• All ammo, parts, accessories and surplus firearms have a 30 day repair/replacement/refund period. If the merchandise is returned to our warehouse in “as advertised” condition, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. However, if an order has been processed for shipment, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. Special orders or special large quantity orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Please be sure to call us at 757-496-6694 to cancel an order. ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
